  • After phoning !!!!!! on Friday telling them how disappointed I was with the mystery cases the first chap said Tough take them back to your store. Then someone posted the t&cs on here, thank you for that, so I rang them back and the next chap organised a collection, or as it transpires didn't. So at 7pm last night I rang them again explaining I'd waited in all day and nobody had collected them! Would I consider keeping the wine if they refunded £30........erm ........yes go on then.:rotfl:
    Dh won't care what it cost, as it's red, but I will feel much better knowing it's £2.83 a bottle :rotfl:
