lol
Nah, why don't you collect your four, come back, find your other two are ready, go back again and collect those - nothing like having your time wasted and being messed about like that:wall::rotfl:.
I think waiting until all six are ready is a good idea:cool:.0 -

Big Tesco toy event starts 26th September (TOYS)

Not bothered, and especially not if it's "big". "Big" therefore must mean that more customers will be taking part in it, which must mean it's an opportunity for the store to make more money from each of them - usually the things that are cheaper are things that are unadvertised and taken up by far fewer people, so as to make a loss for the company, but not so much as to be unable to be offered by them (supported by other people also buying other things which pays for the "loss maker" or by customers elsewhere buying other items, getting them for quite high prices, and in effect subsidising my shopping). Cynic again.
Maybe some of the items will be cheaper RTC after the "event", whatever has happened not to sell:think:.
I like small (non-)events in which virtually no-one takes part, or even is aware of, as they can be getting things at bargain prices.
I don't know, maybe the toy "event" will be good.
I wonder, though, what items (if any) have gone up in price in order to go onto the "event"? I am being cynical again. The way to save money though is to shop completely the opposite way to how most people do and shop in this unexpected manner as companies tailor their marketing to the way in which most people behave, so as to make themselves more money (which we aim to save and keep with us), so acting in a completely opposite way and a way that, as a minority method of shopping, cannot be catered for within the target of the marketing - it has to work by how more people shop - is probably the best way to save money IMO. Until such time as everyone follows my advice, making the unexpected way then expected and then you should change and shop completely different from it again, so as to be unexpected once more (so as to be unable to be dealt with by the marketing that is aimed at making the store money). My theory anyway:rotfl:.0 -

Does anyone actually like the mixed berry picked & pressed fruit bowl? I tried some yesterday and thought they were awful, hoping the strawberry ones are more palatable. They are for the gc but not sure they would like them either.:)0
