    I couldn't resist and went to a few other MyLocals - still some reasonable stock until traders came in stripping stock around me.

    I cannot complain as I got a few things to tide us over :). Sure others spotted it but with multis some items worked out free or paid to take away (biscuits, Oreos, popcorn) :D.

    We are now well stocked for the holidays for day trips etc.

    Just to get hg's pulse racing:)

    Spent a fabulous afternoon at a friends house who lives on the route of the National Road race in Teesside. The sun shone all afternoon until almost the end when the heavens opened. At the next village I intended to take photographs of the scarecrows made by children at the local school but rain stopped play:o

    But guessing almost everyone slowed down for the traffic cop scarecrow.:eek:


    Despite watching a full 12 laps I didn't see Cavendish but exercised my lungs to full capacity for a local young rider:T
    At least the rain will have washed his name off the road:whistle:
