How has uni been this week Westie?

Well, I know what I'm doing for my final major project, so confident about that :D This morning and tomorrow's morning session cancelled :j means I don't have to get up earlier to get my workout in beforehand. 10 am starts are good but train timetable means I get there an hour early :( or 15 mins late. I can't be late it's not in my nature.

Then the dissertation...... Well still worried to hell :o

I posted it first and get the least thanks :eek::rotfl:

I tend to work on the premise that people won't believe what I say, so in most cases will try to provide evidence to back it up. Plus most people like something visual, a pic is harder to miss when skimming, whereas text can get missed amongst a load of other text/ posts.

    Could just use cocoa....

I don't tend to have smoothies that often. I'd rather give my gut some work to do in breaking down proper food ( extra calories burned ;):D) than something that has almost been broken down completely.

Bet they are brilliant for Mr TM post cycling race, calories into the system fairly quickly and you can chug down a fair amount of calories without realising :rotfl:

Tinyshoes - I really feel for you. I am dreadful at losing things. Have you looked in the pedal bin/recycling? I have found things in there before that I have lost. Last week I lost neighbours keys and oh said we need to change the locks straight away. Luckily found them in a back pack - no idea how they got there so keep searching in random places and hope you get lucky. I think sometimes all this money saving malarky can make things a little complicated and you are more likely to lose/misplace things. Good luck.

Shelves cleared of the hipp at our tesco tonight so business must be booming for them lol.
