Suddenly remembered there is another Bella Itallia in Chester so tried there and got one:j:j:j. Went to the first one they did last year and had a really good meal. Hope lots of others got a booking too.0

We were offered gluten free options last night...but declined.
The starters are vege...garlic bread pizza and then mushroom risotto balls
There was one main in the 3 that was vege...again a mushroom pasta
There is also a carbonara...which is topped with 2 or 3 slices of bacon...I guess you could ask for no bacon as it wasnt laced through it all,simply placed on top.
Dependant on whether your friend eats gelatine then I would say possibly the shot puddings are not suitable because of that.
all in all as I said earlier....fab food...slow service...but it certainly wouldnt put me off doing it again next year.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
