We had to be there by 8am after not having anything to eat or drink all night and then my op was at 12noon and I was the first one to go to theatre. All morning had the other ladies moaning away about the hold up. 6 attempts to get the GA in. That was the worst part as each time they try to put the needle in, it stung like hell. Didn't they use to use numbing gel or something like that before. Rest of the afternoon went without drama, came home about 4ish, straight to bed, slept like a log and now wide awake :eek:

    Terrible news about the Iranian Paralympic cyclist who has died after crashing in a road race.....just wondering if it was on the nasty bend where the initial accident happened at the start of the Olympics:o

    Ive got 20 of them and trying one a day. 3 days in, feel less bloated anyhow. Not sure if I've lost any weight :o.

    I read that wasn't part of the Paralympic course. Terrible news though :(
