Good morning all. Not been on this week as just had our busies week of the year at work. All over now with an excellent result.
Skimmed through and think I have missed a few good glitches which is possibly just as well as our diet is starting Monday. I need to stop buying sweets, crisps, icecream and chocolate then maybe we will stick to it this time. OH needs to loose 3 stone & myself just over one. We are both extremely lazy and just veg out on an evening. Maybe I should start to do some running as TM does as wombling on a Saturday is my exercise of the week.

Not quite carling again today, but won 3 times this week which sounds good until you open the vouchers and see 3 sizzling in a row. I think they are desperate to get us in the pubs.0 -
