    We faced a similar dilemma. In the end decided that we (well OH - too far for me to drive!) will collect DS2's stuff on Friday just gone. OH left at 6am, 200 miles down the M6 & M1 and got to work at 9am.

    DS2 can follow on the train with just the essentials he has left with him.

    Seems like an end of an era, had one of them at the same uni for the last 8 years...degree..masters...degree...masters. All finishes next week.

    All good here thanks, my lounge is gradually being filled with DD2's stuff to take back to uni, no way is it all going to fit in her car. :eek:
