    Thanks

    i was unable to check out on line for home delivery. as most of my order was unavailable. so they (cs) arranged for my store to get it, but had to pick it up. then they sent me a voucher to replace the discount code i would have used. (burning a hole in my pocket, it was):rotfl:

    By the way food is rybush. Vegetable bake was the veggie option. Chunks of potatoes in a thick white sauce. With tiny bits if leek no other veg .topped with mash potatoes browned and served with mash on the side. Think they got a lot if potatoes .

    Afternoon all!

    Sorry if already mentioned but Wilkos have their garden and camping stuff reduced, got air beds for £4 each and multipacks of 10 different veg/salad/flower seeds for 50p each! Although DH has since told me that he won't use the air bed as it's got 'velvet' (flocking) on the top and he's got a funny phobia about anything velvet-textured... Is it just me or do partners have a tendency to make money saving more hard work :o

    Glad to hear you're getting on ok Rhos, hope you feel much better once you've had everything you need!

    er :think::think: just turn it over :rotfl:

    not sure if this is old news (I have been away);
    old guy down the market who likes a good gossip said........
    Morrisons can't afford the home deliveries any more, so are putting them out to tender
    Asda have been really struggling for the last 3 months and are being shored up by Wallmart, who are not happy
    many Jack Fultons stores have been bought by Farm Foods
    a lot of CoOp stores are being sold off

    I have nothing to back any of this up, but wonder sometimes if eventually we will have no choice in where we shop, and therefore no chance of playing one shop off against another.

    It can't really be ALL our fault can it??? x
    co-op took over our m local, so some opening

    They're the Pampers Baby Dry (green packet) carry packs. Size 4+ have 22 nappies in. Work out at £2 per pack. Not a great per nappy price, but if it's got to be pampers that's a fair price.
    Thankyou, will take a look x
