Evening all. Im home, so get ready for the change in weather, sorry. :o

Just read back a few pages, sorry to see you are having more bad luck Scamps :(

Tomatos... There are different views on these, here is a quote from arthritis research uk

    http://www.arthritisresearchuk.org/arthritis-information/arthritis-and-daily-life/diet-and-arthritis/should-i-avoid-certain-foods.aspx

    Should I avoid certain foods?

    Diet and arthritis
Some people feel that certain foods are bad for arthritis and that cutting them out helps. These foods include:
citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons and grapefruit
vegetables from the nightshade family (solanaceous plants) including potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, chillies and aubergines.

We don’t recommend leaving these fruits and vegetables out of your diet because of the important nutrients they contain. There’s no scientific evidence that cutting out these foods can help with arthritis. In fact, they're rich in antioxidants – oranges and red peppers contain an antioxidant called β–cryptoxanthin which studies have shown may slow down the progression of arthritis.

But as always, do what is best for you.
Hope you had a nice holiday :D
I dont know if its pshycological but i have not eaten a tom for 2 weeks and my arm seems better, cant eat the citrus cause of stomach:o and dont eat peppers , aubergines or chilli's:rotfl:

Thanks TM, 2 cases of sparkle ordered. Think I have tried these before, and didnt think they were as good a deal as the fizz, but I am in dire need of some sparkling anyway....That said, even with a code, they still work out at £4.50 a bottle, I might have been better popping instore to get some. Hey ho, I best just do both ;)

    We were cheaper!

We were cheapest, just not by 10%.
But that's not good enough for us, so below is a voucher for the difference.

    Based on comparable items...

    tesco

    sainsbury's

    morrisons

    waitrose

The cost of your shop at Asda was: £12.32 £14.82 £14.75 £14.42
The competitor cost would have been: £16.44 £20.45 £15.50 £17.70
    To be 10% cheaper Asda needed to be: £14.79 £18.40 £13.95 £15.93
Compared to the 10% cheaper price £2.47 less £3.58 less
    £0.80 more
    £1.51 less
Asda was... 10% cheaper 10% cheaper
    Not 10% cheaper
    10% cheaper

    How was this worked out?
