    Re food and arthiritis.
    Here are my observations.
I notice oranges and probably most citrus foods cause a flare up of arthiritis with me.
Someone told me yellow tomatoes are ok for arthiritis. Havent tried that one myself, so don't know.
Tumeric with black pepper added to food is suppose to help arthiritis.
Since taking vit d tablets (prescribed by GP) I have noticed a bit of improvement in arthiritis.

    hth :D

Re the turmeric, add to it olive olive oil and freshly ground black better, Look up golden paste receipe, lots of good feedback on facebook. Suitable for animals and humans and very economical to make.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I bought some Peach Slices on one on my shops recently - they also compare against M at same price as T - but later I thought I'd not done well on them at all - I think I found a tin on reduction, that would have been better, in M.

I also bought, some months ago as a very rare purchase since they went up from 18p from years ago to 35p everywhere, some SP Broken Mandarins. :eek:Comparing them against 35p - I should have bought only this instead:

Cofrusa Mandarin Segments in Light Syrup (840g) (BC 8 410694 160980)Price subject to staff discretion. Real price unknown - item not on M's computer system:rotfl::rotfl:.

They let me have it for 50p:o:eek::rotfl:. Which works out at... about 18p:wall: on weight compared to the SP tin size. So, no better than that was years ago! I think these big tins were probably 50p, if M had set any price for them, like the KTC Okra that went to that price ages ago and which I've probably lost for six months now:rotfl:.

Yes - I found the item (on Monday) that even M itself does not know it has:D.

I thought some of the Nature Valleys were technically best against M? However, it sometimes works out 'best', or at least 'alright', buying them on another comp. that technically isn't the best depending on what other items you need that would otherwise require two shops to be done on APG, to get the best for both, and then require buying more than you need:( so end up costing more money.

I don't know what price the Confrusa ever was, if it ever has been on M's system before - I've never even seen them at all before I came across them on Monday:rotfl:. Yes, probably one hundred other stores with no trace for me at all before whenever I've visited them!

I also turned round a corner in one other "new" store that I had not visited before (or maybe it was the same store?)... only to see a whole range of weird and wonderful items that I've never seen before:rotfl::rotfl:. There's still a whole lot out there! Despite numerous stores over time, I still have not seen everything M has. And they are someone's regular items, a couple of which I ought to have had on the list from the outset. Well, they are there now:p - at last:D! A couple of candles - an individual one - of a "strange" brand - which is cheaper than the RTC that went on one of the regular Air Wick ones recently - but I suspect very few people indeed will have this better priced alternative in their store! (Instead, they have expensive Air Wicks - I mean ones at full price - everywhere. Don't seem to want to allow many people to obtain really good prices - and why would they? It's not in their interests.) The alternatives are only "weird and wonderful" because they are items my usual stores don't have and because they are also not in the other stores that I've seen. I've now found the Bissli BBQ version though (that I got from msm after I found the other version elsewhere) - I now even have both of them in one store!:rotfl:

Unless the candles are in every one of the other 400 stores that I've never visited, then they may be in literally a handful of stores - I have seen them in one store out of probably visiting 100.

I suspect I've always had some "weird and wonderful" items on my list from the very first time I did it, that almost no-one else can find, as I may have items in my nearest store that are available virtually nowhere else:rotfl:.

    Afternoon all.

Snap, popped over to The Outlet shop you mentioned, unfortunately no swimwear reduced to 25p an item in this one. They did have some sets still, but only if you are a size 8 or 28 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: nothing in between.

So my search still goes on :(

    Hi Sarah.
Have a look on the marisota website. They have loads of swimwear, and you can search by size. HTH
