Oh no /scamps, that is bad. I see what you've posted later too, about removing the ankle. Would they fuse your bones?

Scamps, I'm sorry to hear this. When your chipped bone is repaired you might find it beneficial to check in foods not suitable for someone with arthritis. I've got osteoarthritis and one of the foods I mustn't eat is tomatoes, they make it flare up and causes me so much pain.

Maybe someone near to you could help out with the dogs for now? Take things slowly xx

!!!!!! me! I didn't know tomatoes might be a problem! I have them almost every day!
As I said, A check up has been booked. :o

Lol, milking it :rotfl: bless him. Glad he's ok :)

Stanley Boy is doing ok thanks, this warm weather is a God send for him, so much easier to just carry his crate out into the garden in the morning, he has about an hour of sun late afternoon when it's cooled down - nicer for him than being stuck inside all day.

No, he's not allowed out until at least next Wednesday when the surgeon checks him next. He's still on pain relief each morning. DH holds him while I syringe it into his mouth then we give his fur a little foof and fuzzle him up a bit before putting him back in his crate. He's no trouble bless him.
