If Italy are already through, wouldn't you think they would let Ireland win?:D

I would not imagine that whoever that gesticulating Italian is would actually agree with that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OH is watching it on his tab next to me and each time it catches my eye there is that Italian going mad!

About 17lbs in 12 weeks. Just want to lose a couple more pounds to give me some slack:) it's treat night tonight and I've ate a ridiculous amount. If I didn't do this every Wednesday I'd be at my target weight right now:o:rotfl:

Actually it's probably that treat night that is keeping the scale moving in the right direction :D:D:D:D :j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T

Without it, you'll have probably plateaued weeks ago.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Yes got home late Monday night, busy day yesterday unpacking and doing all the jobs that no one else had bothered to while I was away. :(

But had a fantastic time with DD2 thanks, we ate far too much until we nearly popped and I may have got a little bit drunk on a couple of occasions, I'm not good with too many free wine refills with dinner and the cocktails were certainly not small measures. :o I can't fault the hotel the service was amazing. :T

I would certainly go back. :D

We also went out on a couple of trips, one was a Landrover Safari and DD2 did the mud bath and river tubing, I stayed with my feet firmly on solid ground. ;) But it was good to see her making the most of it. And we also got a boat from the hotel over to Fethiye and had a wander round the town. Holiday was over far too quick.

Is it this week you do your muddy thing, I must go and do my bit by donating. :)

Glad you had good holiday, its saturday my mud run

    Good evening Elite :hello:

Sarahdol, good luck for your muddy run tomorrow, hope you have appropriate weather :D

I don't know where the last couple of days have gone  time has just flown. I had a friend come to see me and she ended up staying over. Chatted well into the early hours about old times  :rotfl:

The thread is moving slowly but then I've just remembered that bubbs is on holiday and no deals coming in from HUKD. :rotfl: :rotfl: so I haven't got many pages to catch up on :D

Hope everyone enjoying warmer weather, I think we are due rain tomorrow but I'm intending on getting out early to vote. I'm planning on sitting watching the results come out ;) must wait for dh to get to sleep by 11pm and he won't know I'm still up out of bed :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hugs to those in need X

See you after my catchup :D

Thanks, its on saturday not tomorrow xxx

Anyway here is my big news. I can't give you any details because I know less than nothing so don't even ask
But our prayers have been answered even if its just fleetingly, when situations have no other solution, the old fashioned methods sometimes get results

Errant son (formally known as youngest son) flew back into Heathrow this afternoon, made his way across to Paddington where he was rounded up by his big sister (he has aggravated both of his siblings with middle of the night messages, I can't believe either of them are still speaking to him) She is escorting him to Euston and dumping him there - he got as far as Heathrow so getting himself onto the right train at Euston should be feasible.

OH said have you seen this picture and showed me the one eldest child put on her FB page - selfie of them both at Paddington- I've held it together now for months but all of a sudden my face sprung a leak and the flood waters broke :D

Errant child went out to work in the Far East nearly a year ago, came home for a few days at Christmas and then went back, we thought for a 2 year stint or longer but plans changed, chaos has reigned for the last couple of months but finally some common sense prevailed and flights were booked on Monday.
How long he is back for we have no idea apart from job applications
So he is getting a train north shortly and in a couple of hours we will see him for the first time since January

    So pleased for you.
