You could always dilute the water :D

You have no idea, oh yes you will as you wear glasses. I'm finding my eyes are going funny and upsetting my balance without mine. My old glasses aren't too bad but without I'm useless  :rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Have to admit, the idea of trying to cope without glasses is a little alarming, and I can imagine that it is similar to starting to wear varifocals.

You should have a polling card, but you don't need it to vote, you should be on the list at the polling station.

    What a great haul ugly:D

Doesn't take much to make me happy either....not a bad way to be in my opinion:)

I've lost another half pound in weight ....weighed tonight. Not a lot but I'm over the moon:T

I put around 5/6lb on in the week I was away. :o

Couldn't resist couple of pieces of baklava at lunchtime and then their was the included patisserie, ice cream, meringues, cookies and lots of other cakes.

Not forgetting I managed to book in all 5 a la carte restaurants so 4 courses for 5 out of the 7 nights and massive buffet the other 2. It was amazing. You had to pay bit extra for 2 of the a la cartes but it was worth it to say I have tried them all. :D

We had to walk through the buffet from our room to get to some parts of the hotel and we wouldn't have been disappointed if I had not managed any other restaurant bookings. I could not fault the food, I don't know how some of the hotel reviews can say it is not 5*.

Oh just remembered I had crepes for breakfast most mornings too. :o

About 17lbs in 12 weeks. Just want to lose a couple more pounds to give me some slack:) it's treat night tonight and I've ate a ridiculous amount. If I didn't do this every Wednesday I'd be at my target weight right now:o:rotfl:

I am the Queen of training courses. Love them. Put my name down for everything:D

My Quorn worked...thank you to the predictors and glitchy gurus:T

Other stuff has already been posted.

This would be lovely if it works tomorrow:T

Thats a great loss, well done. I'm struggling a bit this week. Was off it Saturday as out drinking, Sunday didn't really go well, Monday I was out for lunch, yesterday I was stressed and today I have the hormonal eating munchies if you get my drift! Never mind, its a new day tomorrow to get back on it.
