Thanks for all your comments re merl in passes, looks like London is out the question in August as the standard has restrictions so going to go to legoland or Blackpool

Thanks TM it's all for a good cause as they have managed to save my tooth so a little pain is nothing in the grand scheme of things plus I got to eat muller rice for breakfast,dinner and tea :rotfl::rotfl:

ILTS sorry you are having mouth pain. Merlin passes are great. DD took dgd to do Shrek and Aquarium end of july and she said prices per person were astronomical. I think just those 2 things which would occupy 4 hours max will give you your money back.
They like the hotel at LEGOLAND as get 20% off. The rooms are fab plus dinner and breakfast included and lots of evening entertainment with lego in the room and a gift per child. They go on a Monday do LEGOLAND, stop the night in the hotel then do the splash thing the next day.
We are only just exploring more things they can do apart from the big parks but definitely be their xmas present again this year:T
I think they were a bit stunned last xmas but I know they love LEGOLAND especially and they have had lots of trips this year.
Dgd really wants to go on the London eye so will do that next time I collect her in London as not done it myself.

Busy afternoon sorting out the last boxes from moving. Few bits to go into attic and a trip to ikea is needed for one of the tray storage units for my art materials.

Doing JL coffee and cake with N tomorrow and a bit of bed bouncing to see if I can make my mind up. Then a trip to our new BM store for some Aloe water as very cheap in there.

Lousy weather down here but not too cold. Sun doesn't know what it is doing upset no doubt by intermittent rain. Seems to be a heatwave planned but not so sure.
