oops I'm sorry...I forgot to say good morning....so I guess it's now good afternoon from me.....
my Twine mystery's arrived this morning...the white is better than the rose but no surprise there...
nothing particularly startling in either box the whites were between £5- 8 a bottle with 2 Domaine des Bosquets which look to be a little more so presumably are the stars of the box.
The rose was a 3 x 4 bottles 3 being the blossom hill light fruit infusion stuff at something like £3.85 a bottle and 3 being Manon at £9 a bottle...
Overall about £150 worth on the 2 cases and a few experiences to try....certainly not all things I would have naturally picked ...but nothing we wont drink at some point
ooo mine might be there when I get home!!
Haven't managed to play wine lottery for over a year always out.
I want to go home now lolI have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammarMortgage pay off date 11/2028. Target 12/2020 :rotfl:

If it is FlexD, I would ask to downgrade the account to FlexAc and keep it open (online banking already set up, account appears as soon as approved so that you are up and running again - FlexAc includes free 12 month travel insurance). Keep checking TCB and Q for Cashback to open a new FkexD (also consider Refer a Friend if you have someone who could refer).

Although does anyone actually ever turn up without something as a gift at a party...or at least a card?
I would never go empty handed whatever the invite said even if it was with just a bunch of flowers or a plant or something edible or drinkable....so as not to clog up the house with stuff...
Maybe it's just me....and I can get why some people dont want or need anything....in some ways I'm the same .....but who has actually taken the instruction literally and arrived with nothing?0 -

Di can you remember me to fairclaire please and I hope she s doing well.0 -
I do love the mystery's and in honesty take the rough stuff with the good....as long as it's wine and not the curaco stuff I had in one box which had to go back.
Di's right it takes away having to choose something that you wouldn't normally pick and touch wood mine have always been worth more than the £48 per box...
Not really a drinker of red though and would probably put more red in a casserole than I'd ever drink...but a bottle occasionally is ok.
I think I ordered the rose this time in the hope that a couple of pink fizzes might have been in there like previously...but it wasn't to be this time....frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Good afternoon back to reality:eek:, had some visitors for the weekend so my jaw is sore with laughing, love my family:), snap I know the no presents thing is very popular especially when we get older and have everything we need but sometimes people want to give so you could have a giving box collection for a cause that your parents support, nice way to mark their long time together by donating to charity
We did this at our wedding recently. People were unbelievably generous and we now have a hefty chunk to donate to our local children's ward.
Not that the outlaws donated anything, or gave us a pressie, or helped us tidy up afterwards. Just demanded to be taken home when they were sozzled. Not that I'm bitter :mad:0 -
