I don't know whether this is of much use as it's a while ago now. I had a womble earlier today dated 29th July that failed due to 'not enough items'.
Sal has some rolls ending BC 88 - were they start 505478 end 106588? If so, that's one no appear down and that would then leave exactly 8 different items, so there's another no-show on the receipt. The failure seems to be white baps - same start and ends 106586. Either of which (but you would not want both on the same shop) may act as invisible triggers if they are in any offer, if they are still absent over a week later.
Unless it's one of the items from the 3 for £10 meat mbuy - some lamb at start 505407 and end 050446 (then one missing digit as usual), or sausages start 505478 and end 100655 missing digit or pork loin start 505244 and end 944977 missing digit.0 -
