    Really ?

    Freeze something in them while they are empty :huh::huh:

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    :p

    But of course....

    the glass dish things are very good at freezing small bits of things in..the GU is always best eaten first.

    The only time I've lost a couple of the glass pots is when they have fallen out of the freezer and smashed on the kitchen floor...I find you cant use them after that!!!

    The powder we bought today is ant powder, it has exactly the same active ingredient in the same quantity as the wasp version. We have bought one with a nozzle top, as it was impossible to puff it upwards last night with the other one we had.
    Now just need to decide whether to puff or spray at sundown :D:D
    I suppose the cheaper option would be to fill the nest with GU and let them slowly drift into a sugar-induced coma :rotfl::rotfl:

    Good morning :wave:

    Nearly made the mistake of going out to Ts for the pizzas then remembered why I wanted to stay in... More Harry Potter tickets are being released at 11am. I probably won't get selected from the queue but would've kicked myself if I missed the chance!

    did you get any tickets

    was in queue 3 hours before it closed :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    No :( Also same. I was in the pre queue, got booted out. Re-joined then it closed.

    It's a good job that lots in life goes over my head.....

    But I actually know what bit of the conversation I was having...I just dont think it was the same bit you all were...but who cares....at least the thread moves on!

    Although in seriousness....you shouldn't really freeze the contents of a gu pot complete as it could shatter and splinter the glass...whatever you do with the pot once it's empty is entirely at your discretion....

    I have the kit ready (for OH,not me :) ) - goggles, nose/mouth mask, balaclava, hat, thick gloves, long trousers, coat, boots. Just need to find some elastic bands, as suggested by TS, to stop them going up his trousers.... I feel like I'm in an episode of Dad's Army :D
