Morning, pizza deal still working at 7.55😀. Only had the zillionaire Gu. If product's are not in main section check end of aisle promotion. Also they do the pepperoni in a smaller size as well as large, I nearly made a mistake.

I was going to take pics of my pipes for LEJC. :rotfl: But it's a bit late now.

I no longer have compression joints they have been cut out and replaced with soldered ones.

It looks like when battons were put up for ceiling it was put to tight to pipe going up and must have pushed against it causing the decaying pipe to crack where compression joint was. Ended up with a nice lot of water today when plumber tried to fix it just by tightening what he thought was a lose connection.

Anyway he said in an ideal world for age of house he would have liked to have replaced the rest of the pipe going up into the loft but it's all a bit difficult to get to. So he has just cut out the T-section and replaced with soldered joints. He said he hoped him cutting things out won't have had a knock on affect further down the line. And he nearly caught fire to the house with his blow torch part of the connection was really close to the joist and corner of skirting board in our room both are now a bit black.

But looks like the extended patches that appeared today are drying out already, and hopefully he has sorted us out. Bless him he didn't even want to charge me, mates or not I told him not to be stupid so he said a tenner, but I gave him more. ;)

I'm sure he appreciated it ;)

I only work part time anyway, will see how it goes
Wishing you both all the very best x

Pizza deal is still working - no promotional signage instore and staff not aware of any promotion so plenty of stock. The pizza packs have a tiny flash on the corner giving the deal though - easy to miss.

Only 1 of the few :o I got had the flash on the corner.

Pizzas were in the pizza aisle and the gu were with the desserts/yoghurts in both stores I tried. So if you didn't know about the promotion there's no way you would find them .

Mrs Trout kept peering at the total and would not let me put my card in until she had studied it intently for several minutes.

Quick game of freezer tetris when I got home and I found one of those higgy pies in the process. I think that was from the last T fest I took part in and thought we had long since eaten them all.

    Good morning all...

Tiny I'm glad your leaking pipes are now sorted(hopefully)....I love a plumbing issue and knew it was to do with the new ceiling somewhere along the lines!!!!

no pizza as yet for me...I may try later....but in honesty I dont really like the PE pizzas we sickened ourselves of them a few years back and now avoid those and the dr O ones for similar reasons.

Dentist for me this morning and a vet check for the cat....

They were in both places in my T's and I only found out about the promotional area because I asked if there were any more Gu's as there was only one in the desert section and non of the correct size pepperoni pizza in the pizza section. I had all but given up hope! Had to get more fillers as couldn't get the choice of Gu's.
Thank you to scamps for sharing and others for posting results :)
