I will take note about the tablets , cant see im short on vit D but one to explore;)
You would be surprised about the shortage of vit D. My sister is forever sunbathing, eats well and her doctor said a recent blood test showed she was deficient.
Mind you, sometimes, I think its the new thing for GPs

Its not a bad rate is it matty....The only hassle is that you cant open it on line....Kent Reliance are stuck in the dark ages...still use lots of pen and paper....you even get given a passbook.....however, it didnt stop me from nipping into branch to take advantage of this account :D

matty...you do realise you can set up a s/o for the monthly payments ....so you dont have to go back into branch each month?

Dont go to canterbury very often but I think this is on the 'to do' list before they drop the rate. Waiting for my next free lift there! They are certainly stuck in the dark ages. They used to be the best interest rates a few years ago and we had nearly all our money with them all in a little pass book. How things have changed. 7% interest rate?
So juju if you have a passbook how does the SO thing work please?

    Is it this one? http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-and-barrett-magnesium-oil-spray-60047630

Has the get one for a penny offer on atm as well

No the one I got is Better You Original 100ml but the above will do just the same - lasts for ages so see if you can share the cost of 2 bottles with a mate.

They also have handy little sprays of the same for £2.99 if you want a tester.

Anyone that wants a good laugh, checkout Michael McIntyre on youtube - the dentist. Had a horrible couple of hours at the dentist this morning and mouth is still uncomfortable. DS just put on this clip and it is so funny, forgot about my discomfort till I laughed. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

When you go to open your account, take 2 forms of ID with you...I took passport and a bank statement as proof of address. Also you will need either a cheque or the cash for your first deposit. If you explain you want to do the remaining 11 deposits by S/O, they will give you the sort code info, so you can then set that up from your regular bank account or wherever. Saves having to go back to branch each month.....I will just get the book updated at the end of the 12 month period.

I find the fabric a real pain. Weeds can puncture it and when it frays it can be quite messy....easy to trip over it.

I much prefer black visqueen which you can get from the builders merchants. I have some that's lasted for years and years and I just roll it up and reuse it.:)

Thanks TM, I've ordered the fabric but have more to cover so will look at visqueen for some of it and can then compare :)
