  • Mortgage is down to just below £35k considering it was at almost £98k 7ish year ago I'm reasonably pleased, haven't had a payrise for the past 7 years either apart from this year (its was worth about £2 a month lol)

I was aiming to get it done by 2020 but I think thats unreasonable now, maybe I don't know arrrghh

If I can get it below £30k by jan I might be able to do it
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

I'm just on the ones prescribed by the Doc, last blood test showed levels were back up to normal range, so that'll do me. :)

Only other supplement I take is omega 3, simply because I know I don't eat enough oily fish. Salmon _pale__pale__pale_

Would be interested to hear what omega 3 you'd recommend? :)

Hope your weed pulling is better than mine  I was going to volunteer to help with village in bloom until mother pointed out my lack of skills in identifying a 'weed.'

That's my problem too, so I am only usually let loose on the paths and patio where the weeds grow along the edge and in the cracks. :rotfl:

Rockingham what Magnesium oil would you recommend?

The one I got is from Holland Barrett £12.99 - it's in a pump spray bottle so very convenient to use.
