So I entered a radio competition earlier on today, one of the Bauer ones to win £1000.
I got a surprise call earlier and was asked a few questions and I sounded like a right numpty answering (I was taken aback!) and I was told they would phone be back to tell me If I had won.
I got a call about 10 minutes ago saying I was a finalist and was very close to winning, but I didn't!
Oh well I might be a winner next time!
:rotfl: Oh my days What an exciting hour I've just had! Got to keep on comping! I Haven't had a win since April, sure I'll have one soon

Aww thank you so much guys! It really means a lot. I was dying to tell someone what happened lol! And I also thought I'd make a thread as a bit of a boost for other MSE compers too, I know I love it when other people on the forum win big! So the lesson here is to not give up! Even if you've had a dry spell for a while.0
