Hi Everyone
I wondered if anyone had any useful spreadsheets that they used for annual leave planning for their staff / and or weekly rotas?
Something nice and simple would suffice?
Thanks

Errr, thanks for that, but I had a look on Google first before asking on here - just thought someone might have one that they use on a regular basis and found quite useful.

the calender function in ms outlook. Staff can book time off, medical
appointments, training etc and send you an invitation.
At a glance you know when someone is not in and when they will be back.0 -

Depending on staff numbers, and what you want etc, it shouldn't be too hard to set one up? PM me with more info and I'll see what I can do?0 -
What version of Excel do you have? In my version at work (Office 365) when I open Excel it presents me with lost of template options, such as Employee Attendance Tracker etc.
Maybe look on the MS site (or within Excel) for a suitable template?0 -

I've just found that too - looks very useful. The place I last worked out could use something like that, they still used pieces of paper.0 -
A very big thank you to you for your help with this, you've been brilliant.
