I have had an offer accepted on a house. The house was immaculate when I viewed it.
However now I do have a nagging feeling that it won't look quite as nice while it is being actually lived in rather than shown.
It may work to your advantage.0 -
Just to reassure you that if we viewed a house in that situation, (or a pre-arranged viewing for that matter) I'd look past any mess, clutter, pots, etc and look at what it was we were after from a home.0
