Good Morning
I've received a letter yesterday from Concentrix regarding tax credits for tax year 2015/16. They want to double check all the details to make sure they haven't overpaid me...
But this is where I could use a bit of help.
that full tax year I used one childcare provider, and the costs remained the same each week. That childcare provider stopped at the end of May and no longer works - So I have switched to a new one (twins started 1st June) and now the costs have increased.
Do I put down the old details? or the new details? or both?

If it's reviewing 2015/16 then tell them about 2015/16.
I assume you have already reported the change in the childcare to the helpline?0 -
Yes, When I did the tax credits renewal I put down the new details of the childminder and new costs etc.
thankyou for replying0 -
They will want your old provider from april to april.
But enclose a letter to state you have a new provider from 1st June enclose the reg number etc for the new one.
Better to give them too much info than not enough!0
