Had a W10 update 2 days ago, the one with the large circle/percentage, took literally hours. Since then the mouse pointer has the spinning"Blue wheel" next to it, it dosent appear to affect anything, & happens on all browsers. Yes I have Googled, but nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks.
