Morning diary (just)
Having a brew and my brain is on money overload again. Spent the evening googling and window shopping with Dp about storage solutions for the new house etc but then of course got drifted off into the pretty non essential items and pintrest! We have so much to buy when we move in and I just want it all so it looks great when we move it! These things can wait we have enough to function and live! Must not buy pretty things on finance!
In other news I'm skint until 15th about £30 left my sisters birthday and Mother's Day days out to sort. Oops! Dp's payday Wednesday I'm hoping we can tuck enought away to cover the rest of the solicitors bill! Fingers crossed! Xemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£

Morning,
Time to get ontop of this shopping situation! So I have an £60 Tesco shop coming today with a load of bits I need from Tesco that I can't get from Aldi. Then after school drop me and ds2 will head to Aldi for the weekly food shop. I have meal planned and written a list. I'm going to crack my food and petrol spends for a few months in a bid to get them down and make sure I'm budgeting properly.
No house news yet this is a long slow process which is making me worry that something is wrong and going to fall through. I have a weekly phone call with the solicitor today though so I will see what she can do to reassure me. Xemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£

Hi HR. Buying a house is the most annoying and slow process. Good for you for thinking through needs and wants for new house. Perhaps you can set yourself a goal e.g. to sort 3 needs earns you 1 want? This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
