I recently suffered a total hard drive failure and no data was able to be recovered.
I had paid for Office 2010 quite a long time ago (about 4-5 years I think0 but do not have discs for it.
My computer techie has put Office 2007 on for me but I don't like it.
My question is, is there any way I can do an online upgrade to 2010 without discs or any other info?
Someone suggested phoning MS - would this help?
Thanks.

Any ideas?0 -
I have not tried this myself, but have heard from more than one source, that if you're a genuine private customer with a problem of this kind, Microsoft usually do everything they can to help, so it might be worth giving them a call.0

How did you purchase the original copy of 2010 - was it a retail pack from a store with a disk and serial number, just a pack with a serial number card or maybe an online purchase of a serial number sent by email?
You could purchase a new key for £19/£20 - then download the software installer.

Download the software and I will send you a key (legitimate) as im feeling in a good mood today.
Just tell me what version it is (H&B or Pro)
