Deleted Hotmail Folder - Please HELP!

I have deleted a folder in my Hotmail account - A personal one where I store emailed delivery notes, appointment times ect rather than printing.
Is it possible / How can restore this folder? I've looked in the deleted folder but neither my folder or any of the deleted emails are there
Any help or advice gratefully accepted

Nope - Tried it but no 'new' messages in the deleted folder, Guess they gone for good 0
