Hi I'm a newbie - I do hope some of you can offer me some advice with my situation.
I purchased two pairs of shoes from Cruise Fashion Online - one pair was £210 and the other pair was £88 - I had a gift voucher for £202 and I topped up the rest with my credit card..
when they arrived the cheaper of the two was very poor quality so I sent these ones back and requested that my card be refunded, they have refused and only offered me a gift voucher.
I was under the impression that I entitled to my money back within 14 days of buying something online.
The cash I paid with more than covers the cost of these shoes but the customer services team at Cruise Fashion are refusing to budge on this.
Can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks so much in advance for taking time to read my post

This is standard procedure for just about all retailers.
When paying partly with a gift card & partly by another method, the money is firstly taken from the gift card and if this is insufficient to cover the full cost, any remaining money due is taken from the alternate source.
Because the gift card payment would have been taken first, they will refund back to another gift card if the refund is lower than the £202 that was initially paid this way.0 -
If you are within the return time return the pair you want and then reorder them?0
