Anyone else have a problem with Firefox not restoring tabs after a restart?

For the last 2 days FF hasn't been restoring tabs properly when it restarts. It places the web address in the address bar but doesn't load the page. It only loads if you click on the tab?
I've tried a couple of session managers and they all do the same, so I'm guessing it a problem with FF rather than the addons, as it does this even when booted into safe mode!!
Anyone having the same problem and have a fix?
