Airport transfers on Mallorca

Hi we're planning to visit Port de Pollenca mid August. We will book the flight and accommodation ourselves. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some information on getting from the airport to our accommodation please? We're looking to land around mid afternoon and we don't want to use public transport. There will be 3 of us with luggage.
