These terms and conditions apply to the “Win a Halfords voucher worth £500 to spend on cycling” prize draw (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
Aviva Advantages is exclusively available online and not available via any other medium. In order to enter this Promotion you will need to register for and log into MyAviva. You can do this online, or on your mobile or tablet. Once logged in, click on “Aviva Advantages”, complete the application form and press “submit”. Your details provided on the application form will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 24 July 2016.
The promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited. Registered in England No. 09766150. Registered office: St Helen’s, 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number: 728985. (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to full time UK residents who are registered on MyAviva and over the age of 18, except for anyone directly connected with the Promotion. Only one entry per household.
To enter please complete the application form above and press “submit”. Your details will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
Entries that are not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified.
The Prize draw will take place on 25 July 2016. The Prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-exchangeable, not for resale, and not redeemable for other prizes.
The “Prize” consists of one £500 Halfords physical voucher for bike(s) and cycle accessories. This voucher can be used to purchase any bike(s) and cycle accessories in any Halfords store, up to the value of £500. Use of the voucher is limited to ‘in store’ purchases only. The voucher cannot be redeemed online.
The voucher can only be accepted if it is complete and unaltered. It must be presented before the expiry date which will be 3 months from the date of issue. The voucher can only be redeemed by the competition winner. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. The voucher can be redeemed in any branch of Halfords in the UK.
The winner will be notified by e-mail on 25 July 2016. If the winner does not respond within 21 days of the time of notification, then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email sent to them by the Promoter within 21 days of that email being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
Once the winner has accepted the Prize, their details will be shared with Halfords. Halfords will send the voucher to the winner by post. Please allow 2 weeks following confirmation of delivery address for the voucher to be delivered.
The name of the winner will be made available on request in writing to “Win a Halfords voucher worth £500 to spend on cycling” prize draw FAO Lucy Charnock, Aviva, Wellington Row 3, York YO90 1WR within 28 days of the closing date. The winner agrees to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
No purchase necessary.
The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age, and/or country of residence.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize.
The Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter retains the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

You do not need to be a customer to register for "MyAviva" so maybe worth registering to enter (They are also giving £1 to charity for every new registration in June so charity will benefit anyway)

You don't need to enter policy details to be in the draw for any prizes on Aviva Advantages. Just register for MyAviva and access the Aviva Advantages tab and then enter the competitions. They are open to anyone who has registered for a MyAviva account.
