I purchased a pedal bike online the bike arrived but I was not happy with it so one day later emailed the seller to cancel the sale I sent the bike back and it was delivered back to the seller 4 days later since then I have emailed the seller numerous times but have yet to receive a reply.
The bike was purchased on my credit card have I got a claim under section 75 and how long do I have to wait before claiming

It depends. If you paid via PayPal then you must claim via them as s75 does not cover third party transactions.
If you used your credit card to pay directly, then yes, you can claim.
If you are sure you aren't going to get a response there's little point in waiting; start your claims process right away.0
