Coventry B.S. have been promoting their 60+ Saver account, on the television, recently.
However, in my case anyway, they don't seem to want my money.
I 'phoned for an application form etc. some time ago and they sent me 60+ Bond details and part completed application after it was specifically confirmed that I wanted the Saver.
I complained and was advised that the advisor realised her error and had later sent the correct details. I'm still waiting. After two further 'phone calls and promises that the correct literature had been/would be sent I'm STILL waiting two weeks later.
Why do they spend all this money on advertising a product and then virtually waste it because potential savers can't even open the account? (I can't anyway) Maybe others have had more luck.

You can apply by telephone too, by calling 0845 7665522.
OK - it doesn't solve your problem, but neatly circumvents it
Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
