New 25mm mains mdpe mains water pipe. What stop tap/drain off

Hi I got a new mdpe mains water pipe under the lead replacement scheme.

Later on I'm getting a new boiler and cylinder and new piping all round house.

However for water board to approve mdpe pipe they want a drain off and stop tap.

What size stop tap? 25-22 or 22-15.

What drain odd do I need? Link?
