Hi there does anyone know anything about the above MP3 I was given this as a present but I am having no luck transfering music files to it.any suggestions?? I am well and truly stuck.

I do have the manual but when I add songs using Music Juke box which is what it came with the songs go on to the player but when you go to play it shows the device as having no songs on it I then try adding them using media player but still get the same.0
