    Why do people feel the need to be so rude to the op??
    I don't think you will win as the buck stops with you to check your award and make sure it is correct. The best you can probably do at this stage is agree a repayment plan.
    ignore the unhelpful comments and banter/ they obviously have nothing better to do. :-)

    That's from this year, was £5000 before.

    It applies when comparing to the previous year's income not the estimate given.
