Broken boiler
Our combi boiler seems to have gone to boiler heaven. It's been costing us a fortune for a while anyways but we couldn't afford to replace it.
Now we have no choice. Now we have no savings so can't buy outright, been told to avoid British Gas as they charge far more than others. Don't get tax credits or any benefits that will help.
Any recommendations ?

Get a number of quotations from small local independent companies.
Also, companies accredited by manufacturers can be more expensive, though using them may result in a longer warranty. I found that for WB, these quotes were £300-400 higher, but gave two more years' warranty.0 -
Thanks, the problem may be we will likely need to pay it up over 'x' years, not sure if local companies offer this but will certainly look into it.0
