I'm not sure what time Ellie and FC are arriving. Ellie's mum has fallen and broken her arm so she is organising care at the moment.
I have booked the restaurant for 1pm but I think you might quite like the town and may want to make a day of it
Oh no Ellie, sending (((HUGS))) I know where you are coming from, my mum fell and broke her arm last weekI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

In a lot of pain, bloods all over the place (she has diabetes) but that could be to do with the water infection that she has just got !!!
But she isnt complaining, but Im shattered, looking after her, I have been sleeping at her house the last few nights, and she has been getting up every 2 hours through the night, came home whilst SIL has taken her out, and went to bed for an hour.
Dr has said it will take about 2 to 3 months to heal, but will take it 1 day at a timex

whoop whoop Di for the great news!!
peed off at the mo, my elderly man that lives opposite his daughter is a cowbag - she wants him out the way so she doesn't have to tidy up after him! was looking out my window for the boys to get in from school when she walks out of his with a box containing an old microwave - dumps it out the front - no where near his and gets in her car!! I went out walked to the end of my path and asked if they were going to move it 'yes' he says (her husband) and they drove off...... after an incident we had before that means no!
I rang the council and was told they have to be given a few days to remove it and after 14 days they can be warned about fly tipping seriously I said to her well then I will dump a sofa wardrobe and everything else I can find out there until I can be bothered to move it that's not allowed she says......... with the youngsters and yobs about here in the evenings that will be through my car or one of the neighbours or smashed in the middle of the road tonight0 -

Nice to see you posting DeeDee - use to love the way you posted a glitch - it used to take me a while to grasp what you meant then the penny would eventually drop. Not that I was in a position to avail of as A's was nowhere near me until recently.

just a thought on thread starters how about savvy being official elite thread starter, then there would be no arguments who is going to do it and savvy will be able to organise his lists as he wishes.:)
You may have missed this yesterday bargainqueen but redfox made a post about possible changes coming.
