Hi all
I have recently signed up to Clear Score and Noodle.
Can you please tell the other main sites to use? I know a few charge but what are the main ones?
Thanks

Equifax, Experian, and Callcredit
You don't need to sign up to them. You can ask for a copy of your file for just £2.
Don't signup to their monthly credit score improvers or file monitoring, they are the biggest waste of money there is.
P.s. If you read through the the articles that are linked off the main blue ribbon band at the top of this web page you find out information liked you just asked and much, much, more. The information above was from a link in Cards&Loans.

Hi Mush1989,
Clearscore uses Equifax to generate their reports and Noddle uses Call Credit so that only leaves you with Experian. Robin58 is correct that there is no nee to sign up to a monthly report if you don't want to. Sometimes Experian will also give you a 30day free trail in order to obtain a copy of your report but don't forget to cancel within 30days. Or, just so you known, a one-off is known as a Statutory Report and will cost just £2.

I signed up to Experian several years ago and at one point or another been registered with CallCredit and Equinox, too. I cancelled the other two as Experian, though the most expensive at 15GBP per month, gives me unlimited access to my report, which has proved invaluable in monitoring my debt and getting my life debt free again! Equinox and CallCredit charge less than half what Experian do, but you don't have unlimited access, or never used to (one report a month?). This is often fine, but if you're a bit OCD like me, I prefer to have unlimited access. The free ones are good of course, and I also use Noddle. Experian's customer service has been fantastic too, whereas I'm not sure if the same could be said for a free one?0

If your not joking then your just throwing money down the drain!. If your that worried about your report then if you only subscribe to Experian you won't see any information that is on CallCredit or Equifax (not Equinox). So these two could have information that is not on Experian.
So the best way to do it is sign up with Noddle and Clearscore to access data from both Call Credit and Equifax for free. Then get the £2 statutory report from Experian every 6 months or so to check everything is correct on there.0 -

Anyway, back to the topic. I'm with Noddle anyway so that takes CallCredit in to account, and I was previously a member of all three anyway so know roughly what's current. That being the case I know that they're all pretty much the same, bar one item here and there. It's your opinion that I'm throwing money down the drain, that's fine. However, Experian has helped me no end and therefore as far as I'm concerned it's money well spent. I like to keep a closer eye on things than a statutory report will allow, otherwise I'd agree.0 -
'You're' not 'your'. Equinox was a victim of auto-correct

A statutory report will give you all the information that your credit report holds. The only extra information that £15 a month (£180 a year!!!) will give you is almost useless information such as a credit score.
Considering they are 3 completely different database and lenders don't always report to all three you should definitely be checking all of them.
It's not just my opinion your throwing money down the drain most people on here hold this opinion and they have a good reason to. There is no way you can justify £180 a year when £2 every 6 months will be just as good. They will still fix any problems and add notices of correction with the £2 report. So your £15 a month gets you basically nothing!0
