I buy cress almost every week, and I did not realise that it was anything other than one plant till reading this. Xxx

I didn't know either, I assumed cress was 100% cress
  • At least you got 20% cress.

I bought some Tropicana "Orange and Lime Juice" to find that it contained just 0.5% lime.

In fact it contained 10 times more grape juice than lime juice but that fact wasn't mentioned in the "name" of the product.

(94.5% orange juice, 5% grape juice, 0.5% lime juice)

Lime is very strong though. You wouldn't want to have it contain 100% or even 50% lime juice. Grape juice has a neutral sweetening taste similar to using sugar. At least it's got 100% fruit juice which is a change.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Checked yesterday, If I ask for cress I want cress, not a substitute.

    Best to grow your own.

You won't find many (any?) places that sell 100% Lepidium sativum.
