need mid-week break for me & 3 kids over Spring Bank

My hubbie has to work over the bank holiday and cannot get any time off for the kids week off school, so I am pondering on booking something just for me and the 3 sproggies.
I would probably not go until Tues 31st and come back Friday 3 June.
Was looking for something like Oasis/center parcs but they are booked up (plus would probably have been TOO pricey!!)
any ideas??
