I need help with disolved lender?

Hi I need some advice. My mum had a loan out with Swift in which she received correspondence recently about 3 years mis-sold PPI.
When she rang them they told her as she had gone through a Broker she would need to contact them about it and was given a number to call. This number went through to an unrelated business. The business she was looking for was called Funding Network Loan Limited, when we looked online we can see it was dissolved.
She was also told to contact Premier Writers Limited as they deal with PPI and was given an address and telephone number.
We are very confused as the letter regarding the claim stated if they are no longer trading we should contact the FSCS. Should I contact the FSCS or Premier Writers Limited and which template should I use for the correspondence?
Thank you in advance.

You should go to the FSCS as it is the broker that is initially responsible. The insurer is only responsible it a very small number of cases and your date doesnt fit with that.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
