Shipping to a storage unit

I sold a high value item (£380) on an eBay style site to a buyer in Bulgaria. He has feedback of 66 and has so far answered emails. My issue is that he has requested the parcel to be sent to a storage unit in the UK and I'm wondering where that leaves me in terms of risk, etc.
The storage unit appears legitimate, it's a well known company and appears on Google maps. I haven't yet sent him an invoice so he hasn't paid but assuming the address on his PayPal account matches the storage unit is there any problems sending this? I also can't find any PayPal policy against shipping to a storage unit.
Thanks for your help.

Have you read the sticky on postage? If the item is eligible for seller protection it will say so on the transaction. Ship only to the address on that transaction and use a service which not only offers you insurance but a means to show online delivery status. A storage unit is a valid address if it's on the Paypal transaction.0

It will be a forwarding shipper co, based at the storage centre.
We have this quite often, as there shipping price is cheaper than what you are quoting & they'll buy a few items & get them shipped together.
As long as its the address specified on Paypal then your covered & we've never had any issues.0 -

Same here, I've used shipping addresses quite a bit. They usually want certain details added to the outside of the package to identify it.
The only time I had issues was with books via Amazon going to the Crusader estate.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
