How do you cancel LOVEFILM? and how quick is it?

Was really easy to cancel and I got 1000 clubcard points for completing free trial! Well worth doing!

If you ring up they don't tend to understand "IWANTTOCANCEL' and start asking why and saying "well you have 5 more days, blah blah but its a free phone number and is worth doing if you getting something for it.

I removed all the titles from my list when I cancelled and they sent out a DVD of their choice as there was'nt enough unique titles in my queue. So I got a flippin Benny Hill DVD that I never wanted and had to pay an extra month to watch it.
Be careful with lovefilm, they are known for doing this, just google lovefilm problems.

My phone person thing who answered (what are they called?!) understood cancel, but it took me about 10mins to get my postcode to her.

Just give them time, so that when they decide it came in the 00.10am post, you arent charged, or take a holiday.
Apart from that I enjoyed my trial.
Especiallyu the £14.50 quidco.

Sounds like they slightly regret the fact they give so much to the cash back sites! all of us lot canceling as soon as! lol

anyway was going to try this click to cancel thing after 10pm tonight then will phone tomorow if it doesnt work!

Oh never mind money back from Quidco, I used a freebie code that gives me 3 months for free, up to 3 dvds at a time. This is the third or fourth freebie I've used with them, tho you do have to leave some time between offers.

I've been with them for well over a year now, possibly 2. I set up an account for OH via Pigsback to get the points and cancelled online last night. After reading this it gave me the idea of threatening to cancel my account! I phoned up and spoke to a lady with a heavy indian accent who proceeded to offer me 3mths free She then also told me I can cancel 4/5 days before the new direct debit date 21/12 - I'll phone again nearer the time and see what they have to offer me :rotfl: :T
