Travel Insurance + Pregnancy

Hi,

I took out TI about a month ago with AmEx for a couple weeks end of July for the Family and I.

Yesterday we found out my wife is pregnant :j

Will this affect the TA I took out? Should I inform them?

    Mine says "pregnancy is not a medical condition", I didn't read any further, being a man in my sixties.
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    Travel insurance generally doesn't need to know you are pregnant as it's not a medical condition. So it shouldn't affect your policy. It's worth checking what you are covered for as I don't think all policies cover the same should you require treatment or give birth extremely prematurely abroad. Plus they expect you to follow doctors advice regarding travel/activities and to comply with airline policies regarding when you can't fly (after so many weeks).
    Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!
