PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. That's a bit ignorant wouldn't you say ?
Can you give examples of troll posts made by the op?
The Op who is very open that he has mental health problems and also admits that he finds it difficult to get what he means across in a precise fashion
There's having difficulties getting across what you mean and then there's an inability to stick to one's story.
In one thread the OP has bought a £400k new build in cash, then in another he actually had a mortgage but paid it off, then it turns out he still lives with his mum & dad, next up he want to buy his parent's house to rent back to them, there are several others and that's just about housing. Now he's on the "how long is a piece of string" threads.0 -
Older properties in the FTB price bracket, small Victorian terraced, seem to linger forever in my area, or they go SSTC and are then relisted a while later. Assume this is due to issues coming up on surveys as they do with older properties, and no financial wriggle room for buyers to address them.
Depends on demand, local demographic and earnings in the area.
If it's a serious question, Id suggest some research on property sites in the area in question. Look at properties of both types, how many of each type come up for sale, how long between listing and sale for each type, sale prices for each etc.

OP seems to have a habit of starting threads then never coming back or doing a "rage quit". I would leave well alone.0

Large houses with small gardens (these stick around on the market the longest in my experience).
Subsidence (non-historical/current).
Houses in non-central or rural locations but adjacent to commercial buildings or with pending planning applications.
Large 4/5 bed bungalows.0 -

I hold my hands up and admit I got this poster mixed up with someone else

Once again I apologise. ( now know who it is and doesn't blame any one for screaming troll )

Mostly down to location - in London, people will buy anything including a run-down garage for silly money. To err is human, but it is against company policy.0
