Hello! I consider to buy some land and build. Can you tell me please how much the cheapest possible total cost could be per square meter? I would like some advice on the related fees etc and the actual cost of building. I reckon I can have a prefabricated house? Any idea about the costs? Thanks!

You might have more luck researching building costs if you use 'metre' instead of 'meter'
Try this Build cost calculator...0 -

I refuse to comply with thick british norms. You pronounce it METER, not metre. Americans are more sensible.
That's built building, what about prefab? Am I allowed to have a prefab in London? How much these cost? 1.2k per sq meter is reasonable for built, but I am looking at the half of it for prefab!0 -
Metre is the spelling in the majority of European countries. Building land in London is extortionately expensive and often quickly snapped up by professional investors/developers. Whatever you intend building consult the planning authority and building control first before you buy the land.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

thanks, I know how the lands costs
I want to know the other costs up to having a building to live or rent or sell0 -
A prefabricated building that meets building regulations is highly likely to cost more per square metre than a traditional build.
You need to do a bit more homework than just wanting land and building on it.
Planning permission and building regulations are imperative. You can't just decide on something and plonk it there.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

if you put 'new build prefab' into Google you will find a number of German and Scandinavian firms. (you would need to check through the council planning and building control departments what was acceptable) If you are buying a plot with planning permission you would need to back through planning if you are planning to erect something different. If you are buying a plot without planning consent I would be very wary and wonder why the sellers had not spent on planning consent to vastly increase the value of the plot
Given you would likely need to spend upwards from £250k for a plot you would not want to skimp on the build0 -
What happened to the one bed flat you were the buying a few weeks ago?
Thought you were buying it for cash from abroad?Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
