Lloyds refusing to refund/chargeback for goods not received section 75

Hi there, just before Christmas, I bought some gift vouchers for a retail shop from a well known online vouchers website.

I didn't not receive the vouchers yet they claim it has been sent out and that I signed for it; which is a complete lie, I was in and my mother the day it was meant to have been delivered and nothing was signed for at my home address.

Lloyds said they will not do a chargeback/refund under s75 because the merchant hasn't breached their contract, they have sent out goods and have showed a Royal Mail delivery receipt to show its been sent out and signed for under my name, which I haven't signed. Here is picture of the apparent signature by myself:

Are they right? All they have given me back is 100 pounds in compensation for the terrible lack of communication from their side as they didn't even pick up the case file for many weeks!

They said had I received them and it was not the exact amount of vouchers I ordered I could have a claim.

    Sue the supplier or the CC company:
    IMO, the entire system of "signed for" post is flawed and it's RM fault that they don't check the identity of the person signing for the post. So, the supplier (or the CC company under S75) will be unable to prove that the goods were delivered to you (or even to your address) and will have to pay. In their turn, they can sue RM if they wish.

    That said, the fact that you accepted £100 that they "have given" you, can be interpreted as you agreed to waive your right to claim.
